- Download documents from the portal.
- Draft tender documents.

- Admit suppliers onto the DPS (following evaluation).
- Confirm school’s registration with Education Buying, including welcome call.
- Issue DPS documents to school.
- Receive and ‘sense-check’ completed tender documents from school.
Stage 2 of 6
- Publish tender
Timing: 1 day
Free support from Education Buying:
- Publish tender using the e-procurement portal, Delta eSourcing.
- Monitor tender (for example, questions from suppliers and publication of responses from the school).
Stage 3 of 6
- Market prepares responses and submits via Delta eSourcing.
Timing: Minimum of 15 days
Stage 4 of 6
- Tender closes.
- Begin evaluation.
Timing: Around 2 weeks
Free support from Education Buying:
- Collate tender responses and send to school.
- Receive scores from school to confirm the top-ranked supplier.
Stage 5 of 6
- Outcome announced to all suppliers.
- Contract drafted and awarded.
Timing: Around 2 weeks
Free support from Education Buying:
- Receive feedback letters from school and send to suppliers.
Stage 6 of 6
- Contract commences.
- Ongoing contract management.
